I will decline commissions I feel I am unable to complete to a satisfactory level

As a consequence of this, in the unlikely event that I get overbooked, slots are not first come, first serve

I retain the rights to my work

I can post my work to my own social media upon completion, and livestream progress on the piece, unless explicitly asked by the commissioner

[It's ok to ask to delay me posting to social media if you're commissioning a gift or surprise, just let me know ^^]

My process is not the same from piece to piece, and therefore it may take a couple of months to produce your commission, especially if I have a backlog. Please be patient :]

I am also currently attending University so this ABSOLUTELY will impact the pace at which I can work

I generally don't accept commissions with tight deadlines, if you're unsure, don't hesitate to ask me

I will also work on my own personal art between commissions, this doesn't mean I have forgotten about your commission!!

Commissions are for personal use only, please contact me if you intend to use the commission for commercial purposes

Please please please credit me if you use my art in your profile, banner, or social media posts- 'credits to the original artist' does not cut it, please include my social media handle

Under no circumstances can the client use my work for producing NFTs (or any future developments in the crypto space)

Do not copy or trace my art

As afformentioned, prices will vary depending on complex props or backgrounds, or the presence of an additional character

Payments are all listed in USD, currently payment must be done via PayPal only

Payment must be sent in full after I have sent a draft sketch for the client's approval

I will send an invoice to the client to pay via PayPal

Major changes cannot be made after the client has given their approval to the sketch (besides small rendering and colouring details)

Refunds will only be made if I am unable to complete the artwork after the client has already paid me

Please send references if you intend to commission me! It is likely I won't feel comfortable enough to accept a commission if there aren't sufficient references or information

The more references you can provide, the better. Likewise, feel free to discuss any plans you have for the composition
